Most jobs are designed within 1 or 2 business days, you are emailed a proof to okay. After acceptance of the proof, printing takes 2-4 business days to turnaround (brochures and catalogs will take longer)
PAYMENT
Mends does not accept credit card orders, however, we are in the process of adding paypal for your convienence (paypal orders will be held for 2 days before job starts) All out of town checks will be held for 5 days, so in order to expedite your project please send cashier's check or money order. Mends will be accepting Credit Card orders again in the near future.
PHOTOS
You may mail your photos to Mends, or email them (our preferred method). Upon receipt, we will notify you as to the usability of the photo (emailed photos may be too small to effectively use). All photos will be assumed to be the property of the customer. Please include photographers name if you would like to use him as photo credit. Photos will be returned to customer if a return address is specified.
SHIPPING
Shipping IS NOT included in price. You may ship using your FedEX, UPS or DHL account # or we will include shipping amount in total price, to be paid when item is ordered.
TAX
There is a 6.75% tax on North Carolina customers. All out of state customers WILL NOT be charged taxes.
